These are the terms that govern using our site and ordering from us. We've tried to keep them clear rather than dense, but they're still a legal agreement — by using the Eva website, you're agreeing to them. If something here doesn't work for you, please don't use our site or services.

We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction, at our discretion. We do our best to keep product descriptions, images, and pricing accurate, but we can't promise the site is always complete or error-free. If a pricing error does slip through, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and let you know.
We may also modify or discontinue a product or service at any time, without notice, and we won't be liable to you or anyone else for doing so.
4. Pricing
All prices on our site are in US Dollars (USD) and may change at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typo or other error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel that order.
5. Orders & payment
When you place an order, you're confirming the information you've given us is accurate and current. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, inaccurate details, or if a product's no longer available. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll get a full refund to your original payment method.
Your card details are encrypted in transit, and we don't store your full card information on our servers.
6. Shipping & delivery
Orders ship according to our Shipping Policy, which is part of these Terms. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees — Eva isn't liable for delays caused by carriers or anything outside our control.
7. Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. Buying from us means agreeing to those conditions.
8. Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep our site accurate and current, but we can't guarantee every piece of content is complete or error-free. We reserve the right to correct mistakes and update information at any time, without prior notice.
9. Third-party links
Our site may link to other websites we don't run or control. We're not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or accuracy — worth checking their own terms and privacy policy before you dive in.
10. Using our site responsibly
